You know how we all have these running narratives in our heads Well, sometimes those stories can box us in, make us feel stuck.

That's where narrative therapy comes in.

The Narrative Therapy Toolbox:

  • Help clients view issues as external challenges, not inherent flaws.

  • Guide clients to recognize the narratives shaping their self-perception and choices.

  • Illuminate times when clients have overcome challenges, revealing untapped potential.
