    Offer personalized feedback, answer questions, and help writers overcome creative roadblocks—your expertise could be just what someone needs to bring their story to life.

  • ~ 2 Hr Commitment

    We’re seeking experienced professionals— managers, agents, directors, producers, casting directors, and other key creatives—to lend their insights during our table read sessions.

    You’ll listen to the first 10 pages of two fresh screenplays and offer valuable feedback from your unique industry perspective, helping writers see their stories through the eyes of future collaborators.

    —> AUGUST 9th

  • ~2 Hr Commitment

    Each instructor will lead two engaging, one-hour workshops.

    Topics include world-building, dynamic dialogue, compelling characters, story structure, and other screenwriting essentials—your knowledge will empower writers to elevate their craft and tell stronger stories.

Sponsorship Levels:

  • Covers one professional table read, including actors, audio support, and written script feedback.

    You receive:

    • All benefits from previous tiers, plus:

    • Logo placement on digital and printed materials, including event signage

    • Personal thank-you from the writer receiving the read

    • Reserved seat at Table Read

    • Optional: logo on attendee tote or notebook

  • Covers the full Teaching Artist Fund (all instructors paid for their time) and/or contributes to the PitchFest prize money.

Every dollar goes first to our teachers and vibe keepers (volunteers), then toward our Pitchfest Prize—because we know real momentum needs more than applause.

Our volunteers help bring the entire weekend to life. From checking in guests and guiding folks through the space, to supporting set-up and wrap-up—we rely on our volunteer crew to keep everything running smoothly and make participants feel welcomed and cared for.
